Open Level Mat: From beginner to intermediate to advanced, this class is for you. Use props and your body weight to sculpt long, lean muscles, pelvic stability and stamina.

Baby Boomers: In this 45 minute class, clients will remain seated throughout. Helps with circulation, range of motion, pelvic stability and balance. Please contact Monica at PopUpPilatesCo@gmail.com to schedule an at home visit or to book a group class at your facility.

MvE Studio Chair: Modern version of the classic Wunda Chair. Provides all the benefits of mat class with the resistance training of a reformer in a smaller package. Privates and Duets available.
